AFTER 30 DAYS DOPAMINE FAST (2 min audio read on Medium @FLO Mystic)

My addicting brain chemical is rushing like a flood.

It has been some 30+ days. I would even say 40 days since I have pulled away, took time off alone to myself (writing on Medium) and deliberate decrease of the usual dopamine high I was consuming and what my brain was releasing with my online social engagement and presence.

Today I log back in on my Social Media handles, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube will kick off my first animated view and engagement online. I’m excited.

December 2022 time offline and off grid was much needed and I appreciated the reflective energy and perspective it provided. I feel much grounded, centered and ready for what I want to create and focus my energy in 2023.
