#Collaboration– I had the pleasure of working directly with Florence.  I was able to develop a strong relationship with her that allowed me a deeper understanding of her character and abilities.  Florence is someone who I can trust.  She is a persistent, hard-worker and will get the job done well.

Florence’s ethics allow all who know her to trust that she will do her best for them.  This quality of trust has helped her to develop lasting relationships with people.  Her incredible ability to build relationships with the customer and fellow employees has helped her excel in customer service. The strong relationships she is able to build are important in creating more opportunities for company savings.  Florence definitely has the quality of trust, which helps her, and the company to go “above and beyond”.

Florence is a persistent, hard-worker.  She will do whatever it takes to get the job done and do it well.  She never gives up and always has a positive attitude!  Her flexibility also allows her to quickly switch tactics if the customer changes their mind about something at the last minute.  Her great connection with the customers and relentless perseverance make the customer happy and help the company grow.

As you can tell by now, I am quite impressed with Florence and give her my strongest recommendation for roles that require intelligence, communication skills, and service with a positive attitude.
