I worked under Florence at our mega-churches “New Comers” Ministry where interested folks were, first of all, welcomed to the church, and then helped and guided to plug-in into a ministry if they so chose to. She was all warm smiles, organized, kind and genuinely concerned for us who worked for her. She remembered my name in spite of the sea of people she came in contact with! Furthermore, she had thrown a party that I was privileged to be invited to and I was so impressed at the thoughtfulness and preparedness of all the exciting, encouraging, meaningful parts she put together to entertain and creatively facilitate the large group cohesively. She has a pleasant calmness under pressure and I am sure she will be a dependable, reliable asset to whoever is blessed to have her on their team!
