I just wanted to provide Flo with a little shoutout for her help recently on a few sensitive loads we’ve had come her way.
We have a new unique to us lane shipping into Mexico that requires the customers broker to clear customs. Flo did an awesome job providing updates during the first shipment to ensure the process went smooth and work out any issues that may have come up along the way. It was much appreciated as we just received word the first shipment has delivered.
We also had a rush shipment going from Texas to Canada where we needed to get a sample order for a larger opportunity to a customer sooner than later. She provided ample updates as available and even caught right away that the site had loaded the wrong provider and made moves to have them turn around ASAP to be offloaded as quickly as possible. Even provided updates along the way given the sensitive nature of the load. It hasn’t delivered yet, but appreciate the support on this one.
I feel there are also a couple more that I am involved on as well, but the 2 up top stuck out at the moment. I will try to do these more often as I know it’s not every day we share the good.

She was very proactive, great communicator and took an important role leading the way from the beginning until it was completed.

Flo and I got introduced by (urgent) chance tending to a customer shut down issue (not induced by XPO) and Flo helped our team navigate the problem with clear instruction and prompt responses to help us keep the customer informed. She quickly helped locate a driver to pick up a load that was past due for delivery (due to a terminal system error) and successfully booked the load and followed the shipment until it was delivered to the customer to prevent a shut down.
