I had an unpleasant surprise in a relationship in the last few days and purity and the words, ‘believe it is an ally and not meant to harm you’ started to shift my perspective on the unwanted experience.  Present, remembering not to zoom in on the details was useful as I have been doing that! Future … About seeing it as part of a bigger picture also resonated.  Wisdom for today, needing a nap was absolutely spot on as I needed to rest to assimilate what had happened.  And a leg up gave me encouragement that help is on its way, and that I AM moving forward even if it doesn’t always feel like it. It really was very helpful.
